Kristi Medley is the Director of Sales for Senior Home Companions, overseeing sales across all locations. With a career in the sales industry that began in 2004, she brings more than two decades of experience in relationship-building, strategic growth, and team development. Her leadership style focuses on encouragement, accountability, and results. She is passionate about serving families, building meaningful partnerships, and delivering a high standard of professionalism and care in everything she does.

Kristi earned her B.S. from Indiana University in Sports Marketing and Management, with a minor in Business. She and her husband, Josh — whom she has known since preschool — have three children. As a family, they love to travel and stay active together.
