Thank you for using our Online Payment options.

For your convenience, we offer the option to set up recurring Automatic Payments or a One-Time Payment

Automatic Payments

The easiest way to make sure your invoice is paid accurately and on time is through our Automatic Payment option. Based on your location, please click the button below to be redirected to a secure Docusign form that will allow you to fill out your bank or credit card information. Due to processing fees, there will be a 3% fee added to your next invoice.

One-Time Payment

Please click the button below to make a one-time payment for our Indiana location. You will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter the amount of your invoice and your preferred method of payment. In order to cover online processing fees, we ask that clients pay a 3% convenience fee for credit card payments. Kindly add 3% to the total on your invoice or we can add it to your next invoice.

Thanks again for your prompt attention to payments.
